MINISTERIAL ORDER

Section 8 of the COVID-19 ACT 2020

Pa Enua Travel

  1. Air and sea travel from Rarotonga to the Pa Enua (including Aitutaki) is restricted to pilots and crew for the purpose of transporting cargo to the Pa Enua and/or transporting passengers and cargo from the Pa Enua to Rarotonga, unless an exemption has been obtained from the Secretary of Health (or delegate).
  2. This order applies to travel to Aitutaki up to 11:59PM Wednesday 16 February 2022.
  3. This order applies to travel to the Pa Enua (excluding Aitutaki) up to 11:59PM Sunday 20 February 2022.

This order comes into force at 11:59pm on 13 of February 2022.
This order will remain in force until 11:59PM on 20 of February 2022.
